How to locate my residential robot's serial number?

The robot's serial number is one of the most important parts of the cleaner.  This is how we identify everything about your cleaner in case of issues or warranties.  Without this information, there is very little that we can do.  

Locating your serial number will depend on the type of robot you have.  There are three places they are typically located:

If you have a Cosmy robot:

1. Push down on the front face of the robot and lift the "hood"
2. Remove the filter basket from the robot
3. Look toward the front of the robot and you should see a barcode.
4. The number beside "S/N" is the all important serial number.

If you have an RC or D Series Robot:

1. Remove the filter baskets from the top of the robot
2. Look toward the front or back of the robot and you should see a barcode on the side panel.
3. The number beside "S/N" is the all important serial number.

If you have a Rapids 4WD or a robot with wheels instead of tracks:

1. Remove the filter baskets from the top of the robot
2. Look look in the left and right inside of where the filter baskets were on both the front or back of the robot and you should see a barcode on the inside panel.
3. The number beside "S/N" is the all important serial number.
