My robot is not picking up debris correctly

If your robot is running well but it doesn't seem that it is cleaning the debris, check the following:

1. Make sure the filters are clean and there is no holes in the filter baskets
2. If your filter baskets are clean and free of holes , it could be because the propellor is either broken or seized due to hair, string, or leaves.  
   1. Remove the robot from the pool and disconnect from power. Inspect the propellor for accumulation of hair, string, or leaves that can block propellor from turning.                               NOTE: When removing the cover for the propellor, make sure to use a manual flat tip screwdriver.  Do not use power tools for this operation.
3. Check the intake valve flaps on the underside of the robot or on the underside of the filter baskets
   1. the flaps should move freely to open and close
